Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions can only be varied with the express written agreement of the company and will override any differing terms and conditions in the customer’s order.

Disclaimer

All Okey-Dokey products are individually hand made. The fabric, buttons, shells etc., which decorate the items may vary slightly according to availability. No two items are identical and therefore the item you receive will be made with care but will have a certain amount of individuality, whilst retaining the style and design of the original displayed on the website. All script will be hand written on the products and therefore we will use any punctuation and grammar that you have defined. There is a limit on the number of characters per product depending on which item you are ordering.

Contract Of Sales

Orders will be accepted through Paypal or by post using the order form on this website. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail except those sent by post where no e-mail address is provided.

Prices

Every effort is made to publish and quote correct prices, we shall not be held responsible for pricing mistakes that may occur. Prices may change without notice at any time.

Cancellation

We adopt the statutory right for purchasers to withdraw from the contract up to 14 days from the day after the goods have been delivered. This does not apply to personalised items or special items made to order. No postage is refundable. Modifications to an order can only be accepted with the full approval of Okey Dokey in writing, and any charges, which result in such a modification may be billed to the purchaser. All goods should be returned complete before cancellation can be considered. The condition of returned goods and packaging will influence decisions made regarding any charges being applied (see faulty goods and returns policy) always keep the original packing for at least 14 days.

Delivery

Every effort is made to deliver within 14 days, but no delivery dates are guaranteed and deliveries are subject to availability. Okey Dokey reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments if necessary.

Payment

Payment should be made at the time of ordering in advance of delivery by credit card through Paypal or cheque.

Transit Damage, Faulty Goods And Returns Policy

The purchaser shall inspect goods on receipt where possible. Any damage should immediately be reported to Okey Dokey and the Carrier noting any shipping reference numbers etc. Okey Dokey shall not be responsible for damaged goods unless they have been reported to them within three days after receipt. Goods not damaged in transit but becoming faulty within 14 days of receipt should be reported to Okey Dokey when arrangements for replacement or refund will be made. Faulty or damaged goods should have been received back at Okey Dokey in a complete condition in their original packing before any action will be taken by Okey Dokey to address the situation unless specific arrangements to the contrary have been made.

Credit/Refund

No goods may be returned for credit or refund unless agreed by Okey Dokey in writing and any credit if granted (at the sole discretion of Okey Dokey) may be subject to the deduction of handling charges and to adjustment depending on the condition of the goods returned. The responsibility for damage to returned during transit lies with the purchaser unless the carrier transporting the goods has been appointed by Okey Dokey. No credits or Refunds will be considered until Okey Dokey have received the goods.

Liability

All shipping dates are approximate and Okey Dokey shall not be liable for delays caused beyond their reasonable control.

Modification

No modification of these conditions of sales shall be effective or valid unless hereon or contained in a separate written document approved Okey Dokey. Others statements of action by representatives, agents, or others shall not be valid and until so written and accepted. Where a fixed price is agreed customers must obtain acknowledgement in writing, by fax, or email, as no re-negotiation returns or credit will be processed without this acknowledgement.

Security

We aim to keep all your personal details secure but are not liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Law

This contract shall be subject to the laws of England and construed in all respects as an English contract.
